Can I install an .exe that can serve as a Chat server on Shared server?

No! We do not allow installing any exe files on our Shared Servers. If installing exe file is your requirement, you can go for an alternate solution of VPS Services wherein you will have root access to your virtual server. You will get the necessary details on various VPS plans on our website.
