You can always upgrade your VPS from a Classic Windows plan to an SSD Windows plan, there will be no loss of data or settings. However, there will be 30 to 45 minutes of downtime to migrate your VPS from a Classic Server to an SSD cluster, for which you can choose any time you find most convenient.
